Accomplish supports a variety of projects addressing three main areas of need for children with disabilities:
- Medical care
- Income generation for families
Our work includes a special needs primary school, two vocational training centres, an epilepsy outreach programme, an agriculture scheme for families, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. Our schools go beyond the academic curriculum to help children build confidence through dancing and creative arts. We also provide vocational training so young people can earn a living, play a full role in their communities, and live their lives to the full.
The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 was created specifically for newer cyclists and also younger cyclists, who might find a 100-mile challenge intimidating or, in the case of 16-18 year olds, they are not eligible to enter. The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 is still a challenge and a great introduction to cycling on traffic-free roads.
Riders will depart in waves from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park from 09:00, immediately after the last start wave of the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100. They will finish on The Mall and will have a spectacular unique medal designed for the occasion.
The 2019 sportive will take place on Sunday 4 August.
